No. It's extremely inconsiderate to talk on a cell phone while other people are stuck in what is basically a captive audience situation.

I agree, it is very rude to talk out loud right in pubic and the worse is when people argue over the phone, some people just don't get it, a bunch of loosers.

i enjoy listening, but I normally find it quite humourous. sometimes I get annoyed when people are very loud and I'm trying to order food or something. or talk to someone....
