The reality is I choose a bit of all of them - I'd like to omit the avoidance but truth is - I still play into it.

I like to dream - for my potential
Fantasise - to make it fun, and to be creative
Reality - to make sure my feet are on the ground
Ideology - to play to MY desires
Avoidance - because there are some things I still FEAR, in all my frailty.............

A healthy person imbibes in all those behaviors. It is the avoidance of the others that often gets us in trouble. Some people have a psychiatric disorder that shuttles them into avoidance and fantasy as both a defense and a release. We all dream, we all have fantasies and we all have to deal with reality - assuming we are emotionally healthy - and we all possess an ideology that gets us up in the morning and thru the day and into bed prior to it all starting ove again up waking. Ideology has to do with our view of work, play, mandate, our sense of self - can we give and receive or are we a spoiled brat or, heaven forbid, a sociopath and other lovely choices - and our responsibility to play our part in the scheme of things. As a simple example, that should do.
