The word 'sustained' tells a lot. India won for the first time in SA.
To be in a position to use word 'sustained' they will have to pass the test of time, situations and variety of oppositions.
We can use the word 'potential attack' at this stage.
If they prove their worth in coming year or so consistently, they we may say it is a sustained attack.

With the performance in one match alone it is not correct to compare India's pace attack with the pace attack of other countries. One will have to wait and see whether the bowlers are consistent in future matches before make any comparision.
