I just don't get it.
A man gets complaints filed with Child Protective Services and they jump on him like stink on pooo!

My ex-wife has gotten two legitimate serious complaints against her, one filed by a School and one by me, and yet they have done nothing!!

Is it because it's Christmas time? Or is it a gender thing?

I don't think it's either. If two reports were filed, then something should have been done.
If you feel that the child/children are in danger, then call the police.
They will take the appropriate action.

It's time for you to jump on her like stink on pooo! Get a lawyer and make it so she can't see the kids without supervision of your choice. It should not matter if you are male or female. Protect your kids the best you can you'll be glad you did.

hi... i have read ur previous question too... give my answer a good thought....

Men tend to seperate each problem... no problem is connected... women on the other tend to link 1 problem to the other... they need one BIG solution to everything... whats the solution things should go their way...

what i'm getting at is... having a disabled son is more difficult for a women as some how she would blame herself for her son's condition...
Maybe she is very disappointed... deep down she may blame herself... she needs comforting... the divorce (even if she initiated it) has done her very little in terms of feeling a little better... alot of hidden saddness can turn to bitter feelings of revenge , loss of faith in god, acute depression and even could make a person a saddest...

she may have stopped the pills for many reasons... maybe she feels by doing that she will get ur attention ... which she has... ur son is the only thing that gets ur attention... so thats what she is doing...

why dont u talk to her... give ur marriage another chance..... do it for ur son , ur wife and for urself....

It could be a gender thing or cps could just be busy. CPS has 24 hrs to get to an address where a complant was filed.

My guess is it's a gender thing.

Call a lawyer.
