Surgery is the only thing that will make bring your breast up. The excess skin has to be removed or filled up. Wearing the correct bra will give the illusion but only surgery will remove the excess skin that make the breast saggy looking.

My answer will probbaly be opposite the worlds. There is no cream or anything like that , that will tighten or make your boobs firmer. Actually a lot of stuff i have read on the net says that going braless will probably eventually strengthen the muscles and ligaments around your breasts and make them a lot healthier. It has worked for me and several of my friends.

Wear the right bra or get one with extra support depending on your activity. Maybe you exercise without a good bra-- this promotes sagging since you move around a lot.

ok i had the same issue! but i can't help it now because my breast are HUGE! you can do push ups and other exercises that help the muscles build up and hold them up with a really good bra! get measured and invest in some good bras and corsets!
