Heard that there is shuttle flight between Xiamen and Taipei during Chinese New Year but for Taiwanese only. Is it true?

1.True, only for Taiwan business men.
2. it's from XIAMEN to Chingmen ( Golden Gate ) by ferry about
one hour
then from Chinmen ( Golden Gate ) to Taipei by flight about
3-4 hours
3.it coasts about NT 3000 dollars (50 pound) for one way
combined ticket

If you are not a Taiwanese , then only via HK or Macau by Air.
Latest news was that it was for all Taiwanese as many students and other travellers from Taiwan had complained that it was unfair that they were left out during the previous Special Cross Straits flights.

Chian and Taiwan have no diplomatic relations with each other.
The shuttle just have been rolled over since 2 years before.
I am hearing that shuttle can be full packed easily.
