how to add flash movie to power point presentation?

flash movie mean some movie
which i created in macromedia flash

On Powerpoint press 'Insert' at the top menu bar, and then select 'Movies & sounds'. Finally press 'Movie from file'. You can then enter any movie on your computer.
However if you can't see the movie in searching for it press 'view all files' in the file type.
