It can most definitely cause more than just fatigue. I've lived in a Middle-Eastern country for some years and in the midsummer, in broad daylight, the temperature can reach unbelievable records - sometimes over 50*C. It causes fatigue, migraines, dizziness, dehydration, disillusionment and depression.

If you spend a lot of time outside, then yes, heat definitely does cause fatigue. You must be sweating a lot, meaning your body is losing fluid. If you absolutely have to be outside, then make sure you drink plenty of water (not soft-drinks or anything else, but pure water) to replenish what you're losing. You're risking dehydration otherwise. Also wear sunglasses and caps or hats....prolonged exposure to the sun is bad for you.

Drink more water. You probably sweat too much. Your body will adjust. 30° is not that hot!
