I did once, to break up my friend and his girlfriend. She was quite a bit older than he, and I felt that she was controlling him and changing his personality for the worse.
It worked, but I've always felt guilty about using it. I just didn't know any other way to break them up without making him angry.
I was about 14-years-old at the time.

The problem with using a voodoo doll (aka corn dollie) is you need items that belong to the person you use them for. If your intentions are good a voodoo doll is still not a good idea because you have to remove those items in the same sequence you put them in. This is hard if you've used sage, or flowers.
You can't bury it because if you bury it you are burying the person that you did the doll for in the dirt. This could bring on loss of life in a cave in or something awful that you dont want to happen. You cant burn it they could perish in a house fire.
If your intentions are nefarious you are inviting awful karma on yourself that may manifest itself in this life or the next. Either way, that sucks.

once in high school my friend and I made a voodoo doll out of a sesame street character(it represented a girl we both despised). we bashed the fluff out of it and burned that stupid thing. I think we even hung it from a tree.....that was fun.
