Anger-Ness.

Yes another Ali G fan! Big ups mah man! Respek! Booyakasha!
West Staines Massive in da house!

Seriously though, anger is a tough thing to have on a constant basis and there are a number of ways to potentially remove it from your life.

Avoid people or places that tend to get you angry.

If it's a family member who you can't avoid, then make sure that while you do not mistreat them, that you do make an honest attempt at not going down the conversational road with them that usually causes conflict and makes you angry.

While driving or commuting by bus or train-If you leave 5-10 minutes earlier and do not feel rushed, then the people that cause delays by driving inconsiderately or holding open doors on a train, will effect you less. Arrive at work or school relaxed and ready to do business.

If you find that you are angry in almost any situation, then see your doctor and have him refer you to a Psychiatrist that is able to prescribe medication. Now before you go nuts on me, I am being serious. You may simply have a chemical imbalance that makes you prone to quick trigger anger. There are many mild prescription medicines that work wonders in this area and typically have little or no side effects.

Keep it real and be happy mon

Anger comes when there are unresloved issues within us, it is good to talk it out with the person than to brush it under the carpet and say everything is ok, when in fact it is not ok! Any thing that is supressed oozes out as poison, simple conversation can turn out bad because you have unresolved emotions.
Some people think that things ought to happen their and forget that everyone has their style of doing and thinking. this is also a reason for anger building up. We are all unique and hence think and act differently, It is important to communicate effectively not jeopadizing the relationship.
It is important to know that we can get angry only when all the following situations match
1.Getting angry at the right time,
2. At the right person
3. To the rigtht degree
4 for the right reason
Only then anger is appropriate.
People get angry because they always want to be nice to others, because they want to be viewed as good people, this takes us on an emotional roller coster because we are constantly thinking about the others welbeing and feeling, when you are extending too much just for the sake of acceptance, just be your self and be honest to your self there is nothing wrong in letting others know you have your own limitations. and it is human to be angry at times
Have i answered the question,,,,,i hope so!

Best way to overcome angerness is Yoga. Do pranayama, every day practice taking deep breath. Do this for 15 to 20 minutes every day. And one more is be calm and count down numbers when you get anger.

The first step to overcoming sporadic bouts of rage/anger is to admit the problem exists. Next step means having your doctor recommend you to a specialist who can determine the best medicinal treatment option, if any is necessary or can guide you to a anger/stress therapy group.

These are very successful treatment options that can save lives from misery and heartaches. Successful treatment to overcome such bouts of anger comes from the dedicated focus of one to follow without fail any medical or therapeutic advice and treatments.

Angerness?
Wouldn't "ANGER" without the 'ness' work as well in a sentence?

To overcome anger I use reason. Never fails.

grow up........acting out on anger is a lack of maturity and thinking before acting.... not trying to give you a smart aleck response, just being simplistic.....reading all the self help books, going to anger management will go over this,,, you may also try seeking professional medical help it may be a chemical imbalance.... or an illness

dont try to overcome it, you cant, it comes out of ur natural defence system and u cant fight ur ownself unless u r suicidal. the only thing u can do about it is to understand it, and that should help. understand and just be very watchfull.

Maybe try telling the person you are angry with how you feel, distraction works too, walk away from the situation if you can, that way you have the upper hand.
