Yes, you can take the vehicle to India. Since Scopio is an Indian made vehicle, there should be exemption in customs duty. I would suggest you to contact the Indian embassy in Kuwait for the procedure and hope the dealer in Kuwait will assist you in this regard.

Yes It is possible to take the Scorpio To India, But Why Would You Like To Take The Scorpio To India,
Problems With This Decision:
1) It Will Be A Left Hand Drive In Kuwait & U Need A RHD for India.
2) You Will Have To Pay An Exice Duty, Even If Its Made In India
3)No Re Sale Value Of LHD Vehicles In India.
4) Not Made With Indian Specifications.
Scorpios In India More Classy Looking... & The Top Of The Range Has Some Amazing Features (Only For Indian Market!!)
I Would Suggest To Buy It In Kuwait, Use It There, & Sell It & Buy A New One In India..
