How do I get a Paypal account and what do I need to open one?

Hi, if you visit the Paypal website fill in the form to join you do need to have a credit or debit card to do this though. They then go through a process before you can become fully verified of confirming your address details by debiting a nominal amount from your account when this appears on your statement you enter it on the website and you become a fully registered user. You Paypal account will be active in the mean time. Its really easy, infact much easier than it sounds.

Go to Paypal dot com and apply, all you need is a bank account. it's easy and if you have a problem with the vendor Paypal can sort it out. I got Regcure on download, the program is crap and does not do what it says, I got nowhere trying to deal with Regcure direct so I opened a complaint Via Paypal 24hrs later full refund.

Go to paypal.com and sign up for one. Some websites, especially sellers on eBay, will require that your paypal account has been verified. In order to verify your paypal account you'll have to supply your bank account number and routing number. Paypal will charge $0.99 to your bank account to make sure that the account is valid and BOOM you're done.
