during a 10k run i had knee pain and four days later still got severe pain in my right knee when i lift it and cant walk properly.

is this bad?

Any sharp pain is an indicator that could be something bad. At least that's what I've always been told. But anything our of the ordinary that lasts for a couple of days should be checked out by your doctor.

I wouldn;t wish to idiot round with my knee. I could have a few movie performed @ my MD workplace...you might have a foul sprain or it might be patella harm or perhaps a small tear. ice it....motrin each and every four-6 hours.....knee brace.....if now not elevated then you definitely must be off the MD.. well success
