how to activate deactivated dolfin sim card?

i have deactivated my dolfin sim card but now i want activate my sim card

A sim card would need to be activated with a cell service provider, it's all within the system that the change occurs. Whoever the provider is they will enter the sim identification number into their system in order to activate the sim card. Sry haven't heard of dolfin as being a service provider.
