Yeah, honestly. If it's not clean and doesn't smell like any other part of the body then the answer is likely no. The only scent on there is sweat and not many people like that smell.
On an aside, ladies you should really scrub good in your area, as well. It can smell equally, if not more, gross.

honestly I think that it depends on the person and their scent to begin with. If there is someone that is not all that great with their hygiene then they ar not going to smell very good. But most times it is not something that is really considered or atleast not for me.
