i want a tv tuner for under 100bucks please tell me what u hate/love, and its capabilites. thanks!!!

The Hauppauge Win-TV and ATI TV Wonder lines are widely considered the best. My suggestion would be the ATI HDTV Wonder. It's about $90 and can play and record HDTV. Good UI, as well.

I would have to agree to the ATI HDTV. Played around with one before and they are very good..... Might Suggest you get a HD Moniter for the picture quailty if you watch TV on HDTV
