carefully drag it to where you want. click on the edge and maneuver it. it is a little tricky.
also, you can have the taskbar hide if you want, go to control panel > taskbar > options

good click on the taskbar and make confident "Lock the Taskbar" isn't chosen - no matter if that is de-elect it. Now click one the taskbar and drag the mouse to the bottom of the reveal. (you may also bypass to correct in case you want). to end your self from by twist of destiny shifting it back, good click on the taskbar and decide "Lock the Taskbar"

Drag it and drop it on the bottom. After that right click it and choose "lock the taskbar" and it will never happen again.

Point the pointer on the task bar and drag it to the previous position. It will be back. U can move your task Bar any side on your monitor by dragging it to that side. "Lock the TaskBar " to keep it in the same position.

Try dragging it back down to the bottom of your screen; it does move in that direction, but takes a bit of effort to get it back there.
