The only thing a vasectomy is designed to do is stop the flow of sperm, leaving a man sterile. Sexually transmitted diseases are always a risk during any intimate encounter.

Yes you can still get a disease
Ok just because you get a vasectomy does not mean that you cant get or give a STD.

Yes you can still get diseases, the only thing that it stops is the transport of semen so you cannot get anyone pregnant.

Yes you can still get diseases..
STD's can be caught just like anything else.. like the flu or cold. just because you can't get a girl pregnat does not meak you can't get a STD
