i got the same problem. all you can do is get involved in some type of club or something that makes you and the girls talk and get to know each other as friends. yeah really time is the only thing that makes shyness better. maybe get your friends to ask girls stuff for you or maybe try talking to them online. the online thing works for me.

Oh we are the same but i think u should try to speak or act sth strange so it will attract her and she will speak to you first.
