Wrong movie, the ring is the one with Naomi Watts and no she didn't die in the end. Lord of the rings is a way better movie.

in the ring the girl crawled out to the boyfriend not Naomi watts. at the end Naomi Watts saves her own son by re-recording the tape. it totally set it up for the 2nd movie ( although i have yet to see the second movie)
no tv sets in the lord of the rings...

Oy Vey are you mistaken !! The movie you seek is the "THE RING" !!

At no point in the "Lord of the Rings" is there a television screen !!

I never watched "The Ring" so I have no idea as to Ms Watt's fate.

yes Naomi Watts did die at the end. She was killed by the girl who crowl out of the TV screen. because Naomi Watts killed that girl boyfriend so that the girl kill Naomi Watts for revenge

how could you confuse the ring with such an excellent movie as the lord of the rings, two completely different names and movies. get your movies right then you may be able to come up with an answer.
