Apparently this whole 'martyrs getting virgins in heaven' thing is a myth due to a misinterpretation of original texts.
The text says that martyrs will get 'raisins' not 'virgins'
Imagine the 'martyr's' surprise - a box of sunmaid. yeah, well worth it.
Also - what about female martyrs? What do they get?
I think we should be told

The answer is 72 virgins if and only if they die as a martyr for the Muslim religion.

What I don't get, if Muslims are so repressive to women and keep them boxed in, why are virgins only available to them when they die? Aren't there any virgins in their country when they are here and alive? Why would they be such a treat when they die?
And when a woman dies what's her reward? I wouldn't consider it a treat to have to break in 10 men who never had sex.

According to Islam, a "marter" gets 70 or 71 virgins in heaven. So Islamic fanatics or Islamic terrorists hope to die soon for that purpose. But Penis Clinton has his Monica Lewinskys here, on earth.

You've asked the wrong question. It should be - what happens to these women once they are no longer virgins?????
Would you want to be locked up with 72 pre-menstrual or post-natal women? Doens't sound like paradise to me!

I thought it was 24, but it's been awhile since I've done any reading on that. They must die in the midst of killing "infidels" (non believers) and be saying the name of Allah as they die.
That's part of why it was so appealing for the suicide missions- a guarantee to meeting the criteria. I am not trying to be disrespectful, just stating the facts from the Koran.
