Depends on the casino, but normally- BANK BANK BANK. My mother does cocktails at the Bellagio, which is one of the upper class hotels and she EASILY pulls in 6 figures a year. For serving cocktails of all things!! It's amazingly disgusting. I'm so jealous. And the way they tax it is great. You are taxed on an average of $80 in tips a night. They assume how much you make and you do not have to claim anything over that- it's all yours (amazing huh.) On a slow night in a bad area (they work on rotation) she makes $200, on a good night $800+. This is no joke, this is dead on serious. Plus they make $10-13 an hour (at least at the Bellagio, Wynn, Venetian, MGM properties and a few others) This is on high ranking strip properties, not the seedy off strip casinos. Cocktail Waitresses make the most money out of all non-managerial positions in hotel/ casinos. Plus there's no stress! If you look good and have the body DEFINITELY go for it. You will never regret it.

As someone else said - it depends on the casino. My friend works at the Rio and makes $1500 or more a week in tips alone. Most places start you off at the nickel slot areas, only the really experienced ones with seniority work the high roller areas - where the BIG money is.
