ponytail is a good idea...use cute hair accessories like butterfliy pins, go for colourful watches, get a girly bag.they will make difference too

Get a haircut that flatters your face shape and get nice highlights. Get a tan! When I was in high school, make up was not allowed in our school but I managed to get away with Body Shop's lip and cheek tint and strawberry lip gloss. No one could tell that I had some make up on!

have a haircut that looks funky. Ask your hairdresser at the salon to give you a new look. Wear bright clothes to stand out and get noticed. Wear a bit of lip gloss and your ready to shine! Go sister!

Don't try so hard. Concentrate on your personality. If he doesn't like you for who you are or he is only interested in looks then he is not worth the bother. If he truly likes this 'cute girl' he will not go off her for you but if he likes your personality he won't care whether you're wearing make up or not!
