Theoretically, as the matter and energy related to the universe is no more existent, we can say it is the end of the universe as there is no meaning of the '' nothing '' which will exist beyond this,
but another opinion that if we can say that this point is the end of our universe we can extend dimensions based on that point to a further distance, another point of view that if we consider the behavior of expansion of the universee, expansion in the dimensions, we can conclude that the univers is endless as the surface of a continuous ball.

No one really knows, its possible that there are galaxies so far away, that the light they have emitted hasen't even reached us yet. I mean.. the speed of light is only as fast as the speed of light... and on universal scales, this isn't all that fast.

Actually it's not forever. At the end of the universe scientists glimpsed walls of plasma which is beleived to be the end. It's soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo far away!

Unfortunately, no one knows what's behind it.

It probably does not go on truly forever . . . but it might as well. We would have to travel faster than the universe is expanding to reach the end (which I think is impossible?).

Nobody knows to date, unfortunately. There are theorists who believe it is limitless. We have no evidence to the contrary, so it might as well be!
