I'd choose "Cause and effect of labeling people". That sounds more interesting to me and I would have a lot to say on that subject. Think of all the stereotypes, how people assume too much about each other based on stereotypes and expect certain things from certain people because of them, how most people get the wrong label because only a small part of each group actually fits the stereotype and what happens when people don't fit into the "right" box others try to fit them into...

as long as you include the negative consequences of politically correct speech. Label and stereo types exist for a reason. Sometimes they are not wrong or even racist. But we are always to quick to pull the race or inequality card.
