Queen/King: Figureheads (no power). Descendents from the German King.

Parliament (House of Commons): Similar to U.S. Congress. People are voted into power. The majority party elects a Prime Minister. The Prime Minister selects a cabinet (14 members I think). The Prime Minister and his cabinet make the legislative decisions to be approved by the Parliament (minority parties simply argue to no avail hoping to gain power in the next elections)

Elections are held at least once every 5 years and are ordered by the Prime Minister.
