i hate the hollywood oversized lip look. but if its what your after.... outline just outside your natural lipline in a shade that matches your color or just a touch darker, then fill in with color that suits your skin tone and/or look for the event, use a highgloss and then center of your lips add a shimmer in a lighter shade, the idea is to extend the natural lip line with creating contour.

You can use lip plump by benefit cosmetics, to give the illusion of larger lips under your lip liner and lipstick. You apply lip plump all over the mouth, let it dry. Then you line your lips slightly below and above your natural lip line, then fill in the lip color. Not only does it make the lip look bigger, it also makes your lipstick last longer. Or, you could try lip venom by DuWop, they have lip colors with a chemical that actually makes your lips swell.

Why? I wish I had smaller lips so I could put more focus on my eyes :P Anyways, start off with a lip liner that is your lip color, just a TINY tiny bit darker. Line your lips just a bit outside their natural line. Then, fill them in with a natural-looking lipstick. Remember- the lighter the lipstick, the larger your lips will appear! :) Lip gloss is important. Use a lot especially in the center of your lips as this will make them look fuller. Finally, the last step is to dab a shimmery light color right above your cupid's bow. <33

You wanna make your lips look bigger than they are?
well this is what you'll do:
1)you put the lip liner which is about the same colour as your lipstick around the lips, that is a little bit higher than the lip itself.
2)apply your lipstick
3)lots and lots of lipgloss
*if you want your lips to look bigger you should use light colour lipsticks more than darker colours

Line your lips in a light lip liner nude then choose a nude or pink lipstick then coat that with lip gloss. It looks really pretty i have very full lips ad sometimes i just use lip gloss but sometimes i use a red or pink lip liner and a shiny lip gloss(Victoria's secret or neutrogena) it looks so pretty.

your need a darker colour lipliner a lighter colour lipstick and some lip gloss. start by out lineing your lips then put your lipstick on and blend the line in then put your lipgloss over the top and your lips will look much fuller. STAY AWAY FROM DARK COLOURS they will make your lips look thiner. use light pink lipgloss/lipstick because light colours make the lips look fuller. good luck :)

Line the lips, using your choice of pencil, keeping to the natural lip line. (If you choose to reshape the mouth (either big or small), a bit of concealer covering the natural lip line will help make the finish shape look more realistic.) Then, fill in the entire mouth with the pencil.
Next, take a lip brush and fill in the entire mouth up to the same edge as the lip pencil.
Merry Christmas & happy holidays......

Plumping lipstick and gloss are available in department and drug stores. Also when applying go just beyond your lip line to make lips look fuller.
