a former black panther from the 60's started the so called holiday. He is also a felon and accused sex offender. And sadly I am not joking or exaggerating.

While it is true Kwanzaa doesn't have any religious significance, it's about unity. Kwanzaa was started as a holiday celebration in the African-American Community. It was begun to bring unity to the community after the 1965 Watts Riots, that occurred in the Watts section of Los Angeles. Kwanzaa has seven principles many of which like that of Imani which means faith are little girls' names.

What Holiday isn't a sham? Yes a former Black Panther started the Holiday, incorporating many aspects of Holidays from African tribes, to help Black in America, who are descendants of slaves to get in touch with their roots.. There is nothing less legitimate about Kwanzaa than Christmas or Dredle days....Or Thanks Giving, now talk about a SHAM.... The Native Americans were slaughtered by Settlers, not invited to dinner.....
