Scaning is the best option, then save the file as a .gif( paint will do this ) then if using outlook;
go tools, options, mail format, signatures, add.

you can create a digital sig, buy copy and paste'ing the image from paint,

now you have the image file you can copy and paste into petitions too.

once you're on your e mail flow to ideas click on it, then scroll right down to signature then click on that. style you singature call substitute the font, %. and length. Then click on upload signature TO ALL Outgoing Messages.

just go to the setting option in ur maill service window...and then choose the option signature,,,there u add ur signature.and whenever u send ur mails.just tick the signature option...
