Most of the affiliate program require you to atleast be of 18 at the time you sign up.

here in our schools we have this program called "Peer Facilitators" for teens..... their role in school is basically helping "younger" students in terms of school activities.... they are the "older brother or sister" to young ones.... and its very successful!!!

Ask your guidance counselor what is offered in your area, when I was in school we had C.Y.O which stood for catholic youth organization, you didnt have to be catholic to work with them, but they were awesome.
