A mini tape of who I am and where I live, a mini tape recorder of course and batteries so I could listen to it, some photos with information written on the backs, a list of names and phone numbers (and who the people are), some quarters to make phone calls or a pre-paid cell phone, a map of the area with a star of where to go, a list of instructions of what to do with all the above, a flashlight (in case it is night when I lost my memory so I could see what is in the kit), a small bottle of water, and my favorite candy bar (just because!)
