To a person who had a crush on you yet you are not interested at all and cant find any place in your heart but that person keeps on disturbing, sending messages, gifts etc yet you confronted that person and gave him a piece of mind, requesting hands off your back and called for mere friends

First make sure that you tell this person in no uncertain terms that you are not interested in them in any way. Tell them you don't even want to be friends. Make sure to tell this person that you wish to have no contact whatsoever with them, no gifts, notes, etc. This way they will get the message more clearly. Often people are unable to have only feelings of friendship once they have developed romantic feelings for someone. It sounds like this person is that way.
If this doesn't work I would contact the authorities. You can get a restraining order that will prevent them from contacting you or from coming near you or your house. If they violate this order, they can be put in jail.

If he keeps bothering you then you may not even be able to keep him as a friend. No person should have to keep asking a "friend"
not to touch them. NO MEANS NO! If he can't keep your friendship by following a simple request then maybe the friendship is'nt worth having. If he can't just be your friend then
let him go his way and you find someone that respects you enough to just be your friend as you request.

Tell that person you are not interested and that you need time away from them. Let them know that if you are not given this time, that you will notify the authorities. If they still insist on being an unwelcome part of your life, let other people (proper authorities, good friends, parents, family) know immediately that this person is stalking you.

One thing's not clear for me.. If I were in this person's shoes, am i the one who had a crush on that person, or am I the one who the person had a crush on. I don't really get it. I'm sorry.

i had that expereince before.... and i was so "inlove" with the girl..... and she gave me a chance,..... and our relationship lasted for at least 2 years.... just give him a chance......
