it can be acquired by proper guidance and practice. you just need to find a good teacher and follow all his instructions sncerely and with all faith.

you can reach the highest limit of your potential in any field by having great teachers and by trying your hardest and practising. but "perfection" cannot be taught--only possessed. might need a good teacher to be able to bring it out tho. teachers cant create something thats not already there.they can only help you discover what you got.............make the most of what you got. a LOT of successful and famous singers do not have perfect pitch, but they make up for it with a lot of heart.technique is only half the battle............
