pong......?

Question

i'm sure there a few Q&A freaks out there that remember the original pong. but.... did you ever see or own the home system that came out just before it? it was called the TV Score Board, from Radio Shack. I still have mine, complete with all connections and the box... with original price tag!!

I just bought the new retro Atari for my kids for xmas and this Pong is on it. I don't remember the TV score board.

I do remember, that is how OLD I am !!! UGH !!! Well, the Pong game anyway. My dad had this game in his bar & the only time we were allowed to play it was when we kids got finished cleaning the bar on Sunday morning. Our payment was to be able to play all the games in the bar before he opened up. He had Pong, a pool table & that old electric shuffleboard-type bowling game. There were 3 of us kids. We all had our fav games. Mine was pool, my older brother's was Pong & my youngest brother's was the bowling game.

Don't remember TV Score Board, though. Guess I should considering my age.

If you could only buy it at Radio Shack though, I never even knew Radio Shack existed until I was about 18.
