Is it a "personal hygiene" item, or is it like part of a toilet? If it's part of a toilet,(where a stream of water shoots up from a separate part of the bowl) it's called a "bidet" (pronounced bih-DAY), if it's a personal hygiene item, that's a bag with a hose, and uses water and vinegar, it's a "douche."

I once saw a Do It Yourself home bidet kit called a "Bippy". Wow what a gift that would make. LOL
