Profitable, if in the sense of finance it is MBA.
In the sense of a research and high level of career it is M.Tech
For an engineer best post graduation is M.Tech,
If you are a computer or software engineer. go for MS

MBA is the best option if u want to make money , M.Tech or MS are better in case u re really interested in science n want to do a science related job in the future

There is no simple answer to this question. To some extent you need to look into the future.

If you had graduated this year, the pick would be M Tech. However there are many of these in courses who will graduate over the next few years. This could lead to an oversupply. Still this would be my pick.

well it all depends on individual...& interest well i prefer MBA as it's a booming field..& a MBA can reach to the top most position...of any org..
easily as compared to a techie..

according to me u should first see your interest it all depends!!!
money is there in every field , i u r good at that field so first be sure about your interest and then decide.

dont go for a course just bcoz it has more money !!!it can be very dangerous ...
