This co-worker's technique is to isolate one individual at a time until he can get all to agree with him (and work for him). Now he is isolating me.

Talk to your boss...

You can sue him. Find a libel or slander lawyer. But first I would contact the boss and then whos the boss over the boss.Explain that u feel unhappy, paranoid, and unable to work to your wanted standards. When an employer sees that his employee cannot function due to harassment by a stupid co-worker.. he will often do something to shut the other guy up. Good luck!

for example, if he is saying he was sexually intimate with you.
then counteract this way, oh yeah, its not that BIG a deal either(referring to manhood).
women can be just as vindictive with buttholes like this one.
honey, tell em, u dont want dominated, cause you are the domm
in charge:) overlook him til you can come up with one liners to shut this guy up.
and if you want the legal way, tell him in front of people that you know, if he doesnt stop this, you will file a sexual harrassment suit against him. sexual harrassment can be verbal as well as physical harrassment. that will get the boss' attention, cause in your suit there will be that chance of the compny being involved
but talk it out with the boss first, tell boss im being harrassed
and am considering legal options(not to include the company
unless they keep him with you). if they decide to move him or fire him, be happy shake boss' hand.

We have one of those at work too..

normally people catch on real quick. they have witnessed the behavior or become a victim..

ignore it..and sit back and watch one of the times where it backfires and turns into an HR issue. That will fix em!

BTW, it is called a hostile work enviorment. It can be reported as such..

You might suggest that he back off or there is such a thing as harassment or even slander let the boss know what is going on because it could even come down to failure to provide a safe work enviroment

I have found the best way to handle this is by going to your boss. If the boss is the bully, then maybe you need to find a new job. Wish I could be more help.

I'd just ignore it......completely.

This kind of people have attention seeking problem on top of their insecurity. The more worry and attention you give them, the worse it will be.
