First quit allowing the behaviors that you do that allow him to treat you second best. Only you can recognize those..I would just place some boundaries and with reachable goals and start gaining the respect back that you deserve. Good Luck!

Uhm, I don't get what you mean second best. If you mean that your husband now has another woman I suggest you to ask him choose. You or her! But, if your husband don't care much about you, you may change yourself.. I mean go to salloon, do medicure or pedicure so you attractife enough for him. No Offense :)

well hun, im sorry to say, butt, he'll never change.
and you dont want to try and make him change because then, you'll make him think like your trying to improve him, making him feel inadequte.
there are times to talk to him and bad times..
bad times
after sex
after work
during dinner
driving....................
most times when he wants to relax or his conscientrating.
INstead, make urself busi, take up a hobbie.
Bake, call ur girlfriends and let them lift you up.......but pleasse PLEASE not boys, because they might start to say things that sound so sweet to you...and then you mighten want to turn back. do you get me??
