=I know you did not list medical transcriptionist, but that is the highest paying field whereas you are self employed. I have several clients of mine in that field and they make big bucks, work from home, and do there work in their pj's. There are also advantages tax wise to having an office in your home. My next choice would be a 9-5 medical assistant.

Medical is boring. How about Personal Assistant...I am a recruiter in my own business... my job opening pays 80K Medical Jobs you have written don't pay that. Love what you do the money will come.
