Increase ur physical activity starting 5-6pm and bye 9 or 10 u will be so tired u will crash in bed.

I try not to sleep. If I open my eyes and I dont feel groggy even after trying to sleep for an hour or so. I just quit sleeping. I turn on the light and do some work or go online. Sometimes I cant sleep because I am stressed about all the stuff that I need to do so then I wake up and make a list. I dont think staying in bed helps. Wake up, do something and try again in about half an hour.

Read a boring book. Drink warm milk or eat some cheese. You could also try relaxation or bio-feedback. Listen to calming sounds. Don't use caffeine before going to bed. Also you can fall asleep counting your blessings. Good Luck.

Go drink some warm milk or hot tea and lay down with some soothing music. You'll fall asleep. If you haven't taken a shower then take a warm shower.

Cut back on caffeine and get more exercise.

Also, try some relaxation techniques to help you fall asleep.

maybe u got too much on ur mind. also try not to eat before going to bed.
