The job that pays less has amazing opportunities for growth and is a more prestigious company. With my current company, I don't feel respected and I have reached the highest level. Your help is appreciated.

You've got a trade-off...stay where you are, and earn a higher amount indefinitely, or sacrifice now for the future (yeah I know, tell you something you didn't know). If it were me, from the monetary side, I'd sit down and figure out what I'm making today, and then maybe what I'd expect to be making five and ten years from now if I went either way. There is also some sort of value from enjoying what you are doing. Sounds like the new company would be a lot more fun. The other thing I might do is gather together my receipts, see what I was spending, and then see what you'd have to cut out to take the lower paying job. It may be less than you think. FWIW.

Hi there !!! What a wonderful opportunity for you. How exciting . I would definitly sit down with myself and analyze what do you want ? Money is important, but opportunities for growth, which brings along sensation of fullfillment and joy is so worth your while. If where you are you do not feel respected, you are not going to give the best you have to offer, cheating yourself and your growing potential. Go for it. Believe in yourself and wonderful things will happen. You have the power within to make it happen. Life has presented this gift of opportunity to you, take it and fly away on the wings of success

Happy holidays,
love light and peace always

Take the job that makes you happy AND allows you to pay your bills.

Amazing opportunities for growth is not a factor I would consider. That sounds like a pr for investors . Respected and being able to grow into a better position would be factors.

cleaners, theres a UN video on youtube, the position they interview someone in Belgium who stated a lady is called a "cleansing woman" a guy is called a "floor technition" with a purpose to get diverse pay, also checkout operators, adult men get more beneficial than women, for no reason. EDIT: properly, the UN vid confirmed it happening in Belgium, Ive also heard of it taking position in Walmart, (hello, i worked in a food market too :P ) yet what takes position alot is that womens artwork is undervalued, like, maximum admin crew are women, and its seen "womens artwork", ie, no longer as sturdy as mens artwork, becasue its "undemanding" yet i recognize admin workers, and they do a helluva lot of work for a pathetically low pay, and that i canthelp yet ask your self if there develop right into a guy in that particular same activity, may he get more beneficial pay? it could be an exciting attempt to ascertain, we could continuously attempt it sometime.

So long you are comfortable with lesser pay with no financial problem. It is good to have great opportunities at workplace and provided you are given the chance to develop. Your age also a concern and if you are younger, go for the one with better prospect.
