The question is rather ambiguous. If her husband is cheating I presume. Well if it is family, probably let her know. If you are a far friend and not too close, leave well enough alone. If you want to approach wife that you are cheating on her husband, well good luck and don"t.

tough call... very carefully, is my suggestion, other than just leave it alone...
unless you are very close to the wife, she probably doesnt want to hear it from you anyway... and if she does she may not want to believe you, (or the possability this could be going on).
Even if you are Family, or very close, casually in conversation, {somehow?that you} mention "you know whats kinda strange about ???" Ive maybe"noticed husband hasn't been around as much lately"? Where is Husband? or maybe go at it from'''Have the two of you been having problems lately?''' Just wonderring, because ...???
then let it go for a day or so... It will peak her curiosity, and she will come to you to confide in and see what else you may have to say.
But Still beware... all the evidence in the world may not change the relationship betweeen the two of them...& IF SHE STAYS MARRIED, TO HIM, YOU WILL THEN BE SEEN AS THE ENEMY...
so just dont bad mouth the lieing, cheating, lowlife piece of dog sh**....(there-I did it for you!!)

Make plans for yourself for either answer- if she's cheating- plan to go to a close friends, if not, plan an explanation to her. And then ask her straight out- but calmly and then don't say a words and let her do the talking. You have to follow plans according to what she says then. Later think and pray if it's true or not.

just tell him you love him, that you will and have made mistakes, and so will he, that it takes two to make a marriage work and he wasnot holding up his part therefore it caused you to let you part slip and you cheated. then take it freestyle from there.
