Depends on where you stay actually. Tailors and haberdashery shops are everywhere. King Philiipis is a good chioice but a little bit pricey. If you have a guide, I know this place from Kamuning market area, Janiffery Tailors. The tailors are excellent. Service is impeccable and the price is unbelievebly cheap. Most legislators and politicians in the PI frequent this shop, mind you. That's how credible and dependable they are. My hubby was more than delighted with the service.
