You can get pregnant if you're on birth control. If you look at the pamphlet that comes with the pills, it tells you it is 99.99% effectvie. That means there is a .01% chance that you can get pregnant. My husbands cousin just found out she is pregnant and she's been on the pill for almost 4 years now. She is that .01%.

If you are talking about the week that you don't take it for you period, Then no you can't it protects you during this time. but you have to restart itexactly one week later or you may because that's the same as skipping a pill. good luck

If you are using birth control pills, pregnancy is unlikely no matter when you have sex.
