There was a t.v show in the 70's called Carlies Angels with ron bossly, farra faucet , cheryl ladd , jackylin smith & kate jackson. Was cheryl tiegs in the show?

There were talks about Cheryl Tiegs replacing Kate Jackson but they never did materialize. Perhaps because the producers did not want 2 Cheryls on the show. (my emphasis)
Shelley Hack, instead, was the 5th angel to join the alumna. She replaced Kate Jackson, not Farrah Fawcett-Majors; which was replaced by Cheryl Ladd.
Shelley Hack was not the first choice for Kate Jackson's replacement. Hot on the heels of the Bond film, the producers wanted Barbara Bach from 'the Spy who loved me' but changed their minds because she looked slightly similar to Jaclyn Smith. And so Ms Hack joined in after her successful stint as the face of Charlie perfume advertisement.
The ratings were so baaad that after 1 season, she was shown the door and in her place, Tanya Roberts (70's show mom). Both spelt the demise of the show; but like everything else; good things also must come to an end.

Farrah Fawcett as Jill Munroe (1976 - 1977)
Kate Jackson as Sabrina Duncan (1976 - 1979)
Jaclyn Smith as Kelly Garrett
Cheryl Ladd as Kris Munroe (1977 - 1981) (replacing Farrah Fawcett-Majors)
Shelley Hack as Tiffany Welles (1979 - 1980) (replaced Kate Jackson & did the "Charlie" perfume commercials)
Tanya Roberts as Julie Rogers (1980 - 1981)

Yes, she was later on. She took Farrah Fawcett-Majors place on the show I think.
