CAN ANYONE SUGGEST ME AS TO HOW TO FILL IN FULL LEVEL INK IN HERO PENS WHICH HAVE A SAC TYPE INK FILLERS ...

I HAVE NEVER BEEN ABLE TO DO IT...

Hey Sun,

Fountain pens are cool. Here is a web site, where the writer discusses his pen. You did no specify the model, so, try this:

Is there a pressure bar? Depress it, stick the pen end into the inkwell, and then release the pressure bar. That should suck up the ink. Since it is gravity and pressure, if you turn it upside down (somewhere over paper) and depress lightly, the pressure bar, it should push out excess air (like a needle for a shot). Then dip it once more.
