Hi,

I will not tell you about all Emirates and the weather condition all year.

I live in Abu Dhabi (1,5 hours away from Dubai). For me personaly January is to cold to go the beach. To lay there in the sun can be nice. It can be windy this time of the year and the gulf definitly is COLD. It's not like the summer time comming out of the water and want to dry in the sun. I start going to the beach at the end of March, beginning April.

If you come here on vacation in January, make sure your hotel has pools. The pools of course heat up faster and might be okay.

For doing sightseeing the weather in January is perfect.

The Weather Is Absoutely Beautiful, In The Mornings And Afternoons, It Tends To Get A Lil Chilly In The Evenings, Thus, I Wouldn't Reccomend You To Go Swimming In The Evenings On The Beaches.
