Slowly and drifty putting one foot in front of the other. I wear these all the time. YouTake a step and slowly bring your self forward so that your skirt will move with u like on the movies. Its kinda complicated, just walk the way u think the queen of england would walk.

ummm.... i have never tried this, but i would suggest practicing by walking with a book balanced on your head... sure. sounds good.
