How to get rid of black fungi growth on swimming cap (inside) ? or how to clean them ?

I tried manu alkaline and acidic solution, but none can do the job.

Just buy a new one.

Just use a 10% chlorine bleach on it or soak it in it. Don' t get it too strong or it might color it. Note : the beach is about 5% --one part of it to about 9 parts water.
