Unfortunately, the answer depends on lots of things. The best unis will be in the US (MIT, Cal Tech, etc), UK (Oxford, Cambridge, Imperial College London, for instance) and only a handful of other countries (maybe only one or two others). But the -type- of engineering you want to do; the type of teaching/studying style you want should all influence your decision (for instance, in the UK, you MUST do your work and hand in assigments when they tell you to; in Russia, things are far more laidback). When it comes down to it, what matters most is the types of lecturers (professors) and colleagues (students) you interact with. And that's just down to luck.

Hi. I can recommend a university in Australia. University of New South Wales (UNSW) is really good in engineering. In terms of computing, you can go to University of Wollongong. University of Calgary is not a bad option too in Canada. It all depends where you want to pursue your tertiary education. Good luck and all the best!! :o)

There are several. Cal Tech, Illinois, Berkeley, Stanford, Georgia Tech. MIT is very good, and very overrated.

if you want to try the philippines, University of the Philippines is 299th in the world, 67th in asia. Mapua institute of technology is also good.
